సంజయ్ దత్ కి న్యాయస్థానం శిక్ష విధించగానే పలువురు ప్రముఖులు పలు విధాలుగా స్పందించడం ఆశ్చర్యకరం.ఆ శిక్ష నాకు విధించండి అంటూ రాఖీ సావంత్ స్పదించింది...ఆ విధంగా కోర్ట్ ఎప్పుడైనా ,ఎవరికైనా ఈ దేశంలో శిక్ష విధించిన దాఖలాలు వున్నాయా...ఆషామాషీగా మాట్లాడటం కాకపోతే...! మన రాజ్యాంగ వేత్తలు పేద,ధనిక వ్యత్యాసాలు లేని న్యాయ విధానాన్నే ప్రతిపాదించారు తప్ప మనిషికి ఒకరకమైన శిక్షల్ని ప్రతిపాదించలేదు కదా..!
ఈహ రజనీ కాంత్ అంటాడూ...సంజూ కి విదించిన శిక్ష బాధ కలింగించిందట. ఒకరు కొన్ని సినిమాల్లో నటించినంత మాత్రానో లేదా ఒక రంగంలో ప్రముఖుడైనంత మాత్రానో నేరం చేయకూడదనే రూలేమి లేదు...!అలాంటి వారి
కి లాంటి శిక్షలో రాయితీలు ఇవ్వడమంటే ప్రజాస్వామ్య స్పూర్తిని దెబ్బతీయడమే..!
అమెరికా లో జార్జ్ బుష్ అధికారంలో వున్నప్పుడే అతని కుమార్తెని తాగి కారు నడుపుతున్నందుకు అరెస్ట్ చేశారు.
అదీ ప్రజాస్వామ్య స్పూర్తి అంటే..!వాటిని చదివి వదిలేస్తాం గాని ఆచరణకి తీసుకోము...మనం ప్రజస్వామ్యం అంటూ కేకలేస్తుంటాం తప్ప దాని ఆత్మని పాశ్చ్యాత్యుల నుండి అర్ధం చేసుకోలేదు. ఆ విషయంలో వారికి అనేక వందల సంవత్సరాల వారసత్వం ప్రాచీన రోం,గ్రీక్ నాగరికతల నుంచి వుంది.

People criticise Narendra Modi in a frenzied manner without understanding what exactly happened in Gujarat during those fateful days. Despite highly prejudiced media and hostile Central Government investigating the alleged crimes there is no grain of evidence to show that Modi was hand in glove with the perpetrators of riots. He happened to be the Chief Minister at that time in the similar manner Rajiv Gandhi was PM when anti Sikh riots happened and when his Grand Father Nehru was PM when mother of all riots happened in in India.
ReplyDeleteNow, many people who criticise Modi for their political ends and because it is fashion of the day, it is very surprising to see that such people are raising hue and cry in support of pardoning a convicted criminal, quoting flimsy grounds motivated by financial considerations. There cannot be a better example of double standards in the world.
Whether anybody noticed the mischievous in which this convicted actor is appearing. When he was coming out of jail after finishing one and half years of the sentence,he came in the garb of a Muslim and he is making himself look like a Hindu with big sindoor on his forehead. What is he upto and what is his game plan.

ReplyDeleteమరి కొందరైతే సంజయ్ ఇప్పటికే -అనవసరంగా- 18నెలలపాటు కారాగారంలో ఉండివచ్చాడూఇంకా మూడున్నరేళ్ళ శిక్షేమిటీ అన్యయం అంటున్నారు (కోర్టువారు అసలు 5యేళ్లలో యీ 18నెలలనూ‌మినహాయించారుగా?)
కొందరు సంజయ్ మంచివాడు అంటున్నారు. మంచివాడైతే కోర్టు వదిలేసేదిగా?
దీన్నిబట్టి చూస్తే మన ప్రముఖులు న్యాయవ్యవస్థమీదకన్నా తామే గొప్పవాళ్ల మనుకుంటున్నారు.
